Meet Perry! This absolutely handsome lad has the sweetest personality to boot. He is a very gentle puppy and super sweet - he loves to give kisses to everyone he meets. We know as foster parents we can be partial... but he really is a joy to have in the home. He is still an active puppy, but not in the wild, bouncing off the walls way that some lab mix puppies can be.
Perry is about 4 months old and was brought to New Jersey with his sister Pixie after being rescued in rural Alabama. We have absolutely no idea what he may be mixed with, but we're guessing lab, hound and maybe catahoula. He has a beautiful golden brown coat with accents of light tan. He currently weighs about 22 pounds and we believe he'll be about 50-55 pounds when fully grown.
Perry would truly make a wonderful addition to any family. (Did we mention how sweet he is!?) He currently lives with other dogs, but we believe he would also be great with cats and kids of any ages.
Applicants must live within 60 min of Hamilton, NJ to be considered. A vet check will be conducted for each application and a solid vet history for current and past pets will be verified. All current animals in the home must be up to date on vaccinations and preventatives prior to the vet check. All of the puppies are up to date with age appropriate vaccinations, are dewormed and will be neutered with adoption.
