Meet Chubbz..... Look up velcro dog and you will find his picture! Chubbz is one of 8 Pom/Chis that came to the rescue a few weeks ago. These poor babies had never been outside until they came to us. He is 3 years old and had never walked on grass. Chubbz is an absolute love and wants nothing but to be with/on his human. The picture of him on my lap was taken about 1/2 hour after he came to me. Gee....think he bonds quickly????
Chubbz is looking for his forever home!! A perfect home for him would be a person or couple who is home a lot, someone who is ok with him sitting on their lap all night and watching TV. Another dog is fine - he doesn't mind sharing your lap (shared mine with 3 others). He wants to be able to curl up next to you when it's bedtime. Good news is he doesn't move at all, sleeps like a champ all night as long as he's next to you. As I mentioned, he has never really been outside and doesn't know how to really go potty on a leash so a fenced in yard where he can be let out to go would be perfect. He has already mastered my doggy door but going potty outside is still a new concept. Only one accident in the house though - he is learning but it will take consistency and patience. Trust me, all the love this baby boy gives will make any little accident totally worth it!!!! Please think about giving Chubbz (and his sweet underbite) a loving place (and lap) to call home!
