Declan at the Humane Society of Atlantic County

Declan is a 3 year old male German Shepard mix. He recently came to us from a hoarding situation in Galloway. Declan has limited eye sight, we don't know if he was born that way or if it was due to previous trauma. He can see some shadows, but mostly relies on his other senses. Despite his rough start he's a very loving boy that can't wait to have his own person to snuggle with.
