Garvey the Boerboel & Mastiff Mix at Lonely Paws Adoption Network

Garvey is a one-of-a-kind companion with a heart as big as his giant paws. Garvey is a professional cuddler and loves to shower his humans with kisses and snuggles. He loves long walks, running around in the backyard, and sunning on the deck.

As a participant in the 12 week Puppies 4 Parole Program, Garvey learned basic obedience and socialization in this terrific dog training program.

Despite his size, Garvey is a gentle giant but does need a strong handler who can handle him because he is a big boy weighing over 100 pounds. He needs rules and boundaries because he can be stubborn. His heart is set on cuddling though and he would love to play in your yard or walk with you. If you enjoy the company of a loyal, sweet natured companion, Garvey is the perfect match for you!

Garvey does okay with other dogs but would prefer a home all to himself. He would do best in a home with older children because of his large size.

Garvey is neutered, microchipped and up to date on all vaccinations. He has had heartworm, flea and tick prevention.
